Comparative study of sampling methods of the cabbage aphid, Brevicoryne brassicae (Hem.: Aphididae) on rapeseed plant, Brassica napus in Ahvaz region

چکیده
شته مومی کلم (Brevicoryne brassicae L.)، یکی از آفات کلیدی و اقتصادی گیاهان خانواده چلیپائیان در جهان میباشد که اثرات مخربی بر روی کلزا (Brassica napus به همراه داشته است. این تحقیق، منظور تخمین دقیق جمعیت کلم، سه روش نمونهبرداری (عکسبرداری، اندازهگیری میانگین طول ساقه آلوده وزنی شته) عنوان تیمارهای اصلی با شمارش مستقیم تیمار شاهد مرحله غنچهدهی، گلدهی غلافدهی طور جداگانه، مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. برای هر رشدی، 22 بوته بوته، سرشاخه انتهایی دور آن توسط کلنی شتهها کامل پوشانده شده بود، واحد انتخاب گردید. نتایج نشان داد روشهای شته مستقیم، اختلاف معنیداری داشتند. ولی هیچگونه بین عکسبرداری مشاهده نشد. اساس، داشتن بالاترین ضریب تصحیح (790/0)، تبیین (9315/0) دقت خالص نسبی (RNP) 56/51، بهترین دقیقترین جهت مومیکلم معرفی شد. اساس یافتههای پژوهش، یک صحیح زمان مناسب، میتواند برنامههای مدیریت تلفیقی را ارتقاء بخشد.
